Himalayan Pink Salt, also known as Sindhi Salt or Nepalese Salt or Rock Salt. These pink rock babies come from Pakistan and contain 84 minerals and trace elements. They are sourced from sea mines. Apparently, this salt's rich mineral content has a balancing effect on our electrolytes reducing our fatigue and maintaining our endurance.
